Any compensation is for my time and companionship only. Please refrain from using vulgar or explicit language in our correspondences, I only see respectful friends and deposits may be forfeited or non refunded for any off-putting behavior.
Please use the restroom to freshen up if you have not showered within the past 4 hours.
Please set investment nearby when you arrive.
I have a 15 minute grace period, please let me know if you are running late.

duos.

Yes! I would be very pleased if you consider a duo with me and one of my friends. I have a few local ladies and I am also open to any other ladies you had in mind. Please reach out separately to the individual lady and comply with their screening and verification methods. 1 hour minimum, my rate + her rate.

screening.

Screening is required and non-negotiable for all new friends. I accept P411 or PD, or 2 recent reputable providers you have seen. I am newbie friendly as long as you follow my screening protocol. If you do not have either, I may ask for your ID, LinkedIn, business email, and a non-refundable deposit.

deposits&Cancellations.

Deposits show you are looking forward to our date and committed to our time together. I take Uber Giftcard, Amazon Giftcard, Home Depot Giftcard, CashApp, or WishTender (though your CC) I may ask for a deposit to secure the date, otherwise longer appointments or return clients are prioritized. If you want to guarantee your appointment not be canceled (unless there is an emergency on my end) you may send a deposit if you like. If you need to cancel please give 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours there is a 50% cancellation fee, less than 24 hours or same day is 100% cancellation fee.

Any tours will also be asked a deposit, but are refundable if tour is cancelled.
30% deposits are required for extended dates and FMTY.
FMTYs are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 3 monts if you cancel.

same day/last minute appointments.

I rarely have availability for same day requests, but I always will accommodate if I am able to. Any same day requests are x 2 my usual rate, and any same day late night rush requests are x 3 my normal rate with full deposit upfront. Non-refundable.
